Terms of Service

By using QtMesh Cloud, including its asset marketplace and through connected applications such as the ChatGPT connector, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

• You may use QtMesh Cloud to store, analyze, process, and share 3D asset projects you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and for activity under your account, your personal API tokens, and any apps you connect.
• You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, overload or disrupt processing capacity, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Your content and uploads

You retain ownership of the assets and content you upload. You grant QtMesh Cloud the limited rights needed to store, process, render, and — for content you choose to publish — display and distribute it in order to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and, when you publish a marketplace listing, the right to distribute it under the license you select. Do not upload content that infringes others' rights or that you are not permitted to share.

Processing jobs

Analysis, thumbnail and sprite rendering, format conversion, LOD generation, and mesh optimization run as background jobs on processing workers. During a job your asset file is transferred to a worker, processed, and the results returned to your account; jobs on publicly published marketplace files may run on third-party CI infrastructure (see the Privacy Policy). Processing results are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies; validation and quality outputs are informational and are not a guarantee of an asset's fitness for any purpose.

Marketplace

• Publishing: when you publish a listing you make its files, metadata, preview, and analysis results publicly visible and downloadable by signed-in users, under the license you assign to the listing. You are responsible for choosing a license you are entitled to grant.
• Downloading: assets you download are licensed to you by their publisher under the license shown on the listing — not by QtMesh Cloud. You must comply with that license, including any attribution it requires.
• "QtMesh Curated" and analysis badges are informational signals, not an endorsement, warranty, or certification of an asset's quality or licensing.
• We may remove listings or content that violate these terms or applicable law.

Connected applications

When you authorize an application, it acts on your behalf within the scope you approve (read, or limited write) and is limited to your own projects; it cannot access your marketplace download history, processing jobs, or uploaded file contents. Write actions are restricted to projects you own. You can revoke access at any time in Settings → Connected apps, and revoke personal API tokens under API & tokens.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, processing capacity may vary, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QtMesh Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, from processing results, or from assets obtained through the marketplace.
